Scope: Comprehensive review of Mecha’s planning, scheduling, and business processes, including the transition to Monday.com, workshop integration, and team structure alignment
Key Contributions: Conducted in-depth interviews with PMs, supervisors, and leadership to identify friction points and opportunities. Delivered a detailed report and presentation outlining clear, practical recommendations. Identified quick wins: admin support, work pack building, and central scheduling oversight. Highlighted opportunities to consolidate systems, improve cross-team visibility, and remove admin burdens from project managers. Provided feedback on strategic alignment, reporting structures, and team communications
Outcome: Mecha began implementing recommendations including hiring full-time planning support and streamlining internal meetings. Early efficiencies realised through improved use of Monday.com and a more structured planning approach. Positive feedback from Mecha leadership for the clarity and practicality of insights.
