Key Contributions: Stepped in during late-stage planning to finalise scope and shutdown sequencing • Provided on-ground support for contractor management and critical path execution • Led the night shift team and supported field coordination and daily performance reviews • Delivered input on shutdown structure, communications, and escalation pathways • Led post shut lessons learnt workshops, and cost close out activities.
